De mult vroiam sa bag pe blog o piesa cu Gica Petrescu…dar nu-mi gaseam timp, nu-mi aminteam…Mai deunazi, colegul meu Sorin imi da un CD cu nemuritorul Gica primit la cumpararea Jurnalului National, care contine cred eu, colectia reprezentativa de piese de voie buna si pahar ale maestrului: “Hai sa bem un paharel”, “Zi una mai saltareata”, “Costica, Costica”, “La crasma din Ferentari”, “Asta seara nimeni sa nu doarma”, Da-i cu spritul pan’ la ziua”, “Of, of, mai spritule”. Maestrul a avut dreptate: “Vesel tot mereu de-oi fi/Trec de anul 2000″…si a prins anul 2000 si l-a depasit…a depasit si 90 de ani…de existau deja bancuri cu Gica Petrescu. Cred ca cele mai faine chefuri traite de mine au avut obligatoriu macar cateva piese de-ale lui Gica. “Jur c-o sa las bautura/numai cand mi-or coase gura/cand prieteni n-or mai fi/Sa am cu cine ciocni!”. Imi amintesc o bauta petrecuta instant…cu ocazia faptului ca parintii unui coleg (Riciu) o facut vinul la Sibiu…si i-au trimis fiului la facultate o damigeana de vreo 10 litri…Si i-am dat cu spritul pan’ la ziua…si am combatut…si am cantat cu totii piese de Gica Petrescu…fiindca vinu’i ca un frate/si-ti mangaie inima…Faza mi-a ramas in minte pentru ca eram vreo 10 insi intr-o camera de camin si dadeam damigeana din mana in mana si cantam cate o piesa…de obicei Riciu era solistul principal, pentru ca era o enciclopedie ambulanta…apropo, voi stiti cine-i Valeriu Penisoara? (el stie)…iar noi ceilalti ne bagam la refrene sau la interjectii gen: “Gal, gal, gal” (…pe soseaua gatului), “Ia papucii-da papucii”, “Tine-o asa! Tot asa! N-o lasa! La multi ani !”, “Si vedeti cum stati cu vinul/C-asta seara facem plinul” “Foaie verde tamaioasa, Cui i-e somn sa plece acasa!” sau “Tine-o pe DO, tine-o pe SI, tine-o pe LA mandruta mea,/Tine-o pe MI, tine-o pe RE, Tine-o intr-o petrecere!”. De ziua mea (10 mai) am de gand sa aduc o formatie de lautari si sa facem un chef pe muzica de-asta cu toti prietenii mei…si eu sa le zic: “Zi, zi, zi cobzare, zi!” “Tine-o asa! Tot asa! N-o lasa! La multi ani !” si “Toarna, toarna, toarna Leanto, toarna!”. Sunteti toti invitati!

O piesa obsedanta din timpul facultatii…ma mai marcheaza si acum…imi amintesc ca Sorinel Pustiu’ o asculta in casti vreo 2 ore pe un casetofon portabil, si cand se gata o derula si o asculta la nesfarsit…o piesa trista, care se incadreaza in linia celor cu care v-am delectat ieri (“Murder Ballads”)…luati de-aici si versurile:

…un album genial al lui Nick Cave si Compania (The Bad Seeds), din care va prezint 3 piese celebre si sumbre, pe care sunt sigur ca le veti gusta, cantate in duet una cu nebuna (…dar atat de draga mie) de P.J. Harvey (“Henry Lee”)…cititi versurile in timp ce nebunii canta:

Azi mi-am amintit de dimineata o piesa din trecutul mai indepartat: “The Passenger” cantata de Iggy Pop…v-o prezint in mai multe variante…una live din 1977 cu Iggy Pop dubios de tanar……una ca desen animat……una geniala facuta de niste oameni odihniti sub forma unor fragmente din filme de epoca celebre……chiar si intr-o preluare a celor de la Siouxsie and the Banshees……si una super haioasa cu Stan si Bran dansand…

Misto piesa, misto formatiunea…hai sa traiasca si la mai multe doine de felul asta…sper sa ia si MTV EMA anul asta…desi gurile rele spun ca videoclipul piesei ar semana “ca idee” cu videoclipul “Just” al lui Radiohead… Mie imi plac tinerii…
